Returns Policy

At Larana Dublin, we want you to love every piece you receive. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better. As soon as your order is placed, our team begins preparing it straight away to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please be advised that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as all returns are processed through our designated fulfilment centre in Asia.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, email info@larana-dublin.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason for the return. Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review. If your return is accepted, detailed instructions will be provided s on where and how to return your items. 

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Larana Dublin. All returns must be sent to our designated fulfilment centre in Asia.

REFUNDS
Once your items have been received back to our warehouse, items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined

If your refund is approved, payment will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanged for damaged or defective items. If your products arrive damaged or with a defect, we are happy to replace the with the same item. Please contact support at info@larana-dublin.com with details and photos of the issue and we will guide you through the exchange process. 

CANCELLATIONS

We accept full or partial order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Requests made after the 24-hour window will be declined, and our standard refund process will apply. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@larana-dublin.com.
